CITY, STATE, ZIP <br /> Continue <br /> Slide notes <br /> Universal waste should be repacked labeled and marked in accordance with ENV-703 <br /> using label OP-963 available from the FedEx Ground WAREHOUSE or vendor provided PRP label. <br /> Specific packing procedures apply for lamp glass debris,spent lamps,mercury-containing equipment,and spent batteries. <br /> Lamp glass debris and mercury containing equipment shall be placed in a lined(HAZBAG)salvage drum <br /> in a way to prevent the spread of dust and debris. <br /> Spent,intact,or partial lamps shall be placed in the packaging provided by the recycler <br /> or in the original packaging if in good condition. <br /> Spent batteries shall be placed in the container provided by the recycler <br /> or in a lined(HAZBAG)salvage drum. <br /> Properly fill out the universal waste label to include the following information: <br /> Page 14 of 35 <br />
