The HMBP components that have been updated and re-submitted include the "Facility Information" (Business Activities, Business Owner/Operator Identification), "Hazardous Materials Inventory' (Hazardous Materials Inventory,Annotated Site Map of the STE locomotive shop), "Emergency Response and Training Plans" (Emergency Response/Contingency Plan, Emergency Response Training Plan, Employee Training Sign in Sheet). In addition, STE has paid the annual 2022 operating fee and is working to verify payment of all past-due permit fees. Before we complete, sign &submit the "Return to Compliance Certification" form,we offer to meet with you at the STE locomotive shop to discuss and confirm the facility compliance.
