The HMBP <br /> components that have been updated and re-submitted include the "Facility Information" (Business Activities, Business <br /> Owner/Operator Identification), "Hazardous Materials Inventory' (Hazardous Materials Inventory,Annotated Site Map <br /> of the STE locomotive shop), "Emergency Response and Training Plans" (Emergency Response/Contingency Plan, <br /> Emergency Response Training Plan, Employee Training Sign in Sheet). <br /> In addition, STE has paid the annual 2022 operating fee and is working to verify payment of all past-due permit fees. <br /> Before we complete, sign &submit the "Return to Compliance Certification" form,we offer to meet with you at the STE <br /> locomotive shop to discuss and confirm the facility compliance.
