<br /> 1. OBSERVATION: A 300 gallon used oil tote and one 55 gallon drum of waste diesel were found in the shop. Both
<br /> containers have been on site a number of years. The updated information has not been reported to CERS.
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the
<br /> facility's business plan.
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for
<br /> approval.

<br /> 3. Used oil–the maximum daily amount is reported as 55 gallons vs. at least 300 gallons, the hazardous material

<br /> elements have not been completed.
<br /> 4. Bearing oil–the hazardous material type, days on site, size of the largest container, storage pressure, and
<br /> storage temperature elements have not been completed.
<br /> 5. Motor oil–the hazardous material type, days on site, size of the largest container, storage pressure, and
<br /> storage temperature elements have not been completed.
<br /> 6. Oxygen gas–the days on site, size of the largest container, storage pressure, and storage temperature
