Observed damaged/missing coving behind mixer near walk-in and in storage area/hallway. Replace within 1 month. Observed damaged/missing floor tiles in warewash area. Per owner this was due to plumbing work being done for building. Replace with approved floor tiles within 1 month. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable.
