Clean and sanitize shelves today and regularly after. <br />Hood filter has grease accumulation and a missing plate. Clean filter today and replace filter plate in 2 weeks. <br />2 D Traulsen freezer in Deli/ Bakery Dep, has food debris on bottom shelf. Clean surface today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: 2 comp sink at Produce Dep, is not secured to the wall. Secure 2 comp sink in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. Fix drainage in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes.
