COMPLAINANT WORKS IN <br /> FOOD INDUSTRY AND RECOGNIZED SMALL REFRIGERATOR IS NOT BEING KEPT PROBABLY COLD. SEAFOOD IN <br /> THE FRIDGE (CRAB LEGS, SHRIMP, ETC)HAD MOLD IN CONTAINERS.ALSO THE MACARONI AND CHEESE HAD <br /> MOLD GROWING IN CONTAINER. COMPLAINANT TOLD OWNER, RAY,AND COMPLAINANT WAS TOLD THE FOOD <br /> SHOULD BE OKAY FOR ONE MORE DAY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Paper towel dispensers at all hand sinks were empty, paper towel rolls were near hand sinks. Provide <br /> paper towels in wall mounted dispensers today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(0) <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The open display cooler was 42 F on the top shelf and 47 F on the bottom shelf. Per owner it was in the <br /> middle of defrost during the inspection. Provide 41 F or below in entire unit today and repair if necessary. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. Provide labels for <br /> take and go items on each container or at point of service that contain: name and address of facility, common name of <br /> product, ingredients listed by weight, and weight of product. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Any food is misbranded if its labeling is false or misleading, if it is offered for sale under the name of another <br /> food, or if it is an imitation of another food for which a definition and standard of identity has been established by regulation.
