All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The soap dispenser for the hand sink restroom was in disrepair and a bar of soap was being used. <br />Provide temporary pump soap dispenser immediately and repair/replace soap dispenser within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed bags of meat and boxes stored on floor in walk-in freezer. Store all food items at least 6 in. <br />above floor. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris on drink slider trays in 3 dr True display. Clean within 3 days and maintain clean. <br />Observed damaged plastic splashguard for hand sink in meat department on prep table side, the hand sink was measured <br />to be 18 in. from the 3 comp sink sanitize comp drainboard. Provide splashguards made of durable and nonabsorbent <br />material on both sides of hand sink that are at least 6 in. high and extend from the back to the front of the hand sink. Correct <br />within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment <br />shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards.
