(APNs 159-100-07, 159.100-08, 159-100-09, 159-100- 10 159-100-11 AND 159-400-25) LIGURIAN VILLAGE, UNIT 1 In response to your letter received January 4, 2021, copy attached, City staff from the Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request for sanitary sewer service to the subject property, which is located outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as result of that review: Community Development Department The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to the City of Stockton's General Plan. The project is located within Area of Benefit No. 96. The current AOB fees due are approximately $870,000 and are adjusted annually by the ENR I ndex. The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. Municipal Utilities Department — Sanitary Sewer The subject parcels are currently not served by the City sanitary sewer collection system. There is adequate capacity available in Sanitary Sewer Collection System No. 6 to serve the proposed project (Ligurian Village Unit 1) at this time. The point of connection is the existing 12 -inch sewer line in Main St. Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency Stockton Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval.
