(APNs 159-100-07, 159.100-08, 159-100-09, 159-100- <br />10 159-100-11 AND 159-400-25) LIGURIAN VILLAGE, UNIT 1 <br />In response to your letter received January 4, 2021, copy attached, City staff from the <br />Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request <br />for sanitary sewer service to the subject property, which is located outside the City limits of <br />the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department is limited to <br />General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities <br />District 90-1. The following information is provided as result of that review: <br />Community Development Department <br />The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to the <br />City of Stockton's General Plan. The project is located within Area of Benefit No. 96. The <br />current AOB fees due are approximately $870,000 and are adjusted annually by the ENR <br />I ndex. <br />The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation <br />to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br />Municipal Utilities Department — Sanitary Sewer <br />The subject parcels are currently not served by the City sanitary sewer collection system. <br />There is adequate capacity available in Sanitary Sewer Collection System No. 6 to serve <br />the proposed project (Ligurian Village Unit 1) at this time. The point of connection is the <br />existing 12 -inch sewer line in Main St. <br />Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br />All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency Stockton <br />Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval. <br />LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. <br />2004 <br />1999 <br />
