Main Street, 5077 Horner <br />Avenue, 5077 E. Main Street, and 998 S. Del Mar Avenue of Stockton, California 95215 <br />(APNS 159-100-07,159-100-08,159-100-09,159-100-10,159-100-11, and 159-400-25). <br />This site is currently not served by a sanitary sewer, I am, therefore, requesting <br />permission to convey sanitary sewer from the Ligurian I into the existing public system, <br />to the project located at 5055 E. Main Street, 5077 Horner Avenue, 5077 E. Main Street, <br />and 998 S. Del Mar Avenue of Stockton, California 95215. (Please see attached site <br />map). <br />Please provide a "Request for Utility Service Letter" with the terms and conditions under <br />which the City of Stockton will grant approval to LGI Homes — California, LLC to connect <br />their proposed project Ligurian Village I to the City sanitary sewer. Included with the <br />request for utility service is a check for the processing fee in the amount of $269.00 <br />payable to the City of Stockton. <br />We appreciate your consideration of this request and look forward to timely approval.
