Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to Environmental Health Division. An Addendum to the soil suitability <br /> submitted for MS-91-3 will be accepted. <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems on parcels #1, #2, and #3 under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcels #1, #2, and #3 under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development.
