Please address the following: <br /> -two oxygen cylinders(total of 403 cubic feet)were observed in the truck repair shop. This material needs to be <br /> reported on the inventory. <br /> -360 gallons of new oil is reported on the inventory. Per my observations and per Mike Mason,the site no longer <br /> stores any new oil. Remove this material from the inventory. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The following required items are missing: <br /> -multiple storm drains were observed throughout the facility <br /> -emergency equipment:fire extinguishers were observed throughout the facility and a spill kit was observed in the <br /> truck shop <br /> -loading areas <br /> -evacuation area <br /> -emergency shut-off valves <br /> -all access and exit points to the facility and all structures <br /> -locations of all hazardous materials listed on the inventory: remove new oil from map and add oxygen <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> FA0020535 PR0535611 SCO01 02/10/2022 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 2 of 4 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
