STATE OF CALIFORNIA California Integrated Waste <br /> CIWMB 3 (Rev. 4/04) Management Board <br /> INSPECTION REPORT ADDENDUM PAGE 2 OF 2 <br /> AGENCY CONDUCTING INSPECTION: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> SITE NUMBER: 39-AA-0024 INSPECTOR: Garrett Backus <br /> SITE NAME: Tracy Material Recovery <br /> RECEIVED BY <br /> INSPECTION DATE: April 26, 2007 OPERATOR mailed <br /> COMMENTS: <br /> A routine monthly inspection was done on this day. <br /> 1) Violation-Title 14 CCR 18221.6—Transfer Processing Report—The Report of Facility Information <br /> amendment 43 specifies that the Inert Storage area will include an earthen berm on the east and south sides to <br /> prevent pieces of concrete from sliding down the slope. The berm has not been completed. A continuing <br /> violation from last month. The operator stated that the berm will be constructed next week. <br /> Complete the berm on the south and east sides of the Inert Storage area using the dimensions specified in the <br /> amendment. The berm must consist of soil and not exceed six feet in height. <br /> 2) Note—Reviewed the random load check, and special occurrence logs and found them complete and up-to- <br /> date. <br /> 3) Note - The tipping floor misting system was operating at the time of inspection and was in good working <br /> order. <br /> 4) Note—Reviewed the training records. Employee signatures are included with the training records to <br /> identify who was present. Some training records include quizzes used to verify employee knowledge.
