The temperatures of compost windrows were from 100 F to 160 F at time of inspection. <br />B. Reviewed turning and temperature records. The records were up to date and satisfy the regulatory requirements. <br />C. Article 7 Test results were provided for month of October and were in compliance with SMS. <br />
