The CEQA document does allow
the facility to remain open 7 days per week, between the hours of 4 am and 6 pm.
Enclosed is the revised RFI Amendment No. 4 Application Package including the
following information:
• CIWMB E-1-77 (Rev. 8-04) Application Form —wet signature dated May, 1
2007
• Report of Facility Information Amendment No. 4
• Service Request Form with check for$475
1 look forward to working with you and your staff.
