Based on the historic aerial photography (Google
Earth Pro 7.3.2.5776, Accessed 1/14/21) and USGS topographic mapping, no other previous
structures are observed to have been present on the subject site from 1993 to present. In addition,
the project site appears to have been in use as a convenience store and storage yard during the
same time period. Based on past and present use on site, it is in CTE's opinion that no potential
problems exist on site to the best of our knowledge.
The proposed leech lines are shown on a "Site Plan" for "Fuel Island and Tanks". The proposed
wastewater disposal system is shown to include a septic tank (P & L Concrete Box with infiltrator
lines) and a proposed leach field located in front (West) of the convenience store. A well is shown
behind the modular home at the South side of the property. Information included herein is
provided for use in the design of the proposed onsite wastewater treatment system(OWTS).
3.0 EXISTING& PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE
The project is located within the City of Clements planning area; however, sewer, water, and storm
drain services are not available in the vicinity of the proposed project.
Based on San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department permit records search, the subject
parcel has no available records for wells on site.
