The plan needs to describe the training for the following: <br /> ❑ Certified operators: Contact hours needed to maintain operator certification at the <br /> required grade for the system and other related training. <br /> ❑ Governing board and managers: Training that covers board and management roles and <br /> responsibilities including ethics and financial management. <br /> ❑ Other staff: Pertinent training to enable all staff to competently perform activities <br /> necessary to the operation and maintenance of the system. <br /> Comments <br /> 7.
