Repair/replace tiles with <br />approved flooring so that floor is smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br />Vents and surrounding areas in the kitchen were observed with heavy dust accumulation. Maintain vents and surrounding <br />areas clean to protect stored food items from contamination from fallen debris. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />Observed damage to the wall below the hand sink near the market register. Repair wall so that it is smooth, cleanable and <br />non absorbent within 30 days. <br />The floor sink at the waitress station was observed with black build-up. Clean floor sink today.
