Ingredients for food consumed <br /> include:tortilla,taco shell, beef, nacho cheese sauce, tostada shell, shredded cheese,tomato, sour cream, beans, lettuce. <br /> Cold food is stored under refrigeration. Re-constituted food (beans and rice)have boiling water added (212F)and are <br /> re-constituted in pans at hot hold cabinets.
