The Percolation tests conducted on January 14, 2022 yielded a percolation rate between 42 and
50 min/in. At this rate, a minimum 5 feet of soil separation is required between bottom of the
dispersal field and the groundwater. The SSNL reports a historic groundwater level of 140 feet
below surface grade. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2).
b. The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required minimum setbacks stated in
San Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Francisco Garcia Ruiz, Environmental Health Specialist, at
fgarciaruiz@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3032.
Steven Shih, EHS
Program Coordinator
c: Dillon & Murphy
1868 E.
