Certified installer shall program controllers and verify proper systems  <br />operation as required to meet the intent of systems specified; verify final  <br />settings with owner before closeout.  <br />  <br />14‐3.03 FIELD QUALITY CONTROL  <br />E. Test panel through ten full on and off cycles (manual an auto) and adjust for  <br />operation with proper alarm. Test float switches for proper open and close  <br />limit positions.  <br />  <br />F. All mounting hardware and anchor bolts shall be fully tightened to published  <br />torque values the finished installation and any openings and conduits shall  <br />sealed around conductors to keep out outside debris/animals.  <br />  <br />G. Owner, or owner’s representative, shall complete “punch list” with installing  <br />contractor prior to final acceptance of the installation and submit completed  <br />warranty documentation to manufacturer.  <br />  <br />14‐3.04 CONTINUED SERVICE AND DOCUMENTATION  <br />  <br />H. Train owner's personnel on how to safely operate and program pump panel  <br />system. Additionally, demonstrate the general maintenance of the system and  <br />accessories and provide one copy of “Programming and Operations Manual”  <br />for the owner's use. Manuals will identify parts of the equipment for future  <br />procurement. Direct maintenance personnel to the technical support sections  <br />website.  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />
