The missing manifests are: <br />- 022178775JJK, ship date 2/18/2021 <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br />to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br />manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by providing Debbie with the missing <br />manifest via the DTSC website. No further action is required to correct this violation. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection 2/22/2022. The report was <br />amended 6/15/2022 to remove item number #119 and replaces the initial report. All violations for hazardous <br />waste have already been corrected. No additional follow up is required. This inspection report is for your <br />records. <br />Wastes generated by this facility: fuel filters, fuel contaminated solids, fuel contaminated liquids <br />Documents provided during inspection: list of free CUPA classes, return to compliance certification, corrective <br />action statement, manifest 022178775JJK <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
