Robinhood Drive, Suite 1C <br /> Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> RE: Saddle City Subdivision <br /> In response to your letter of July 12; 1982 requesting conditions under which the <br /> Health District would accept initial development on Unit No. 1 of Tentative Map <br /> 5-81-11 , we have listed the following: <br /> Water System: <br /> 1 . The existing well will be considered as a public water supply and must <br /> be under a public water system permit and inspection by the Health District. <br /> 2. The direct cross-connection to the irrigation pipeline must be severed, <br /> the chipped concrete around the pump base must be repaired, and the sample <br /> tap repaired. - <br /> 3. When the existing well is placed into service, another satisfactory bacteria <br /> and chemical sample must be run with routine monitoring as required by <br /> Section 64437 of Title 22, California Administrative Code. <br /> 4. A new well must be provided for back-up purposes before a restaurant and/or <br /> motel is built. <br /> 5. The public water supply must be protected by an approved reduced pressure <br /> valve from an unapproved source (fire protection). <br /> Sewage System: <br /> 1 . Septic tanks are to be installed and sized individually .for each proposed <br /> business. <br /> 2. A common filter bed area is to be installed for the effluent discharge <br /> from the septic tanks. The bottom of the bed must be a minimum of five (5) <br /> feet above the static water level . <br /> 3. 100% replacement area is required to be set aside for filter bed expansion. <br /> 4. The filter bed area and replacement area is to be on project land under the <br /> same ownership. An easement may be required. <br /> � II <br /> P <br />
