COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE HAMBURGER THE <br /> WERE SERVED WAS RAW. COMPLAINANT HAS PICTURES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I contacted the complainant and received the following information: <br /> On 3/18/2022 at 8:25pm the complainant ordered 40 chicken nuggets and a double quarter pounder through a 3rd party <br /> delivery service. <br /> Since consuming the quarter pounder,the complainant has felt nauseated. <br /> Manager was aware of complaint prior to this investigation. <br /> Quarter pounder meat comes to the facility and is placed in the 4 door(double stack) "reach-in kitchen 1" refrigerator across <br /> from the office(41 F)and then placed in the <br /> reach-in next to griddle is at (41 F). <br /> Double quarter pounder meat was being prepared during inspection. <br /> Prepared patties off of griddle are <br /> 194F, 202F. <br /> Note: Per discussion with manager onsite,the 4 door(double stack) "reach-in kitchen 1"refrigerator across from the office <br /> was in disrepair for approximately 3 days. <br /> Quarter pounder meat was being stored in the walk-in freezer when the unit was down. <br /> The manager said that maintenance said unit is ok to use starting theunit today. <br /> Chicken nuggets come to the facility frozen and are stored on the reach-in freezer next to deep fryer. <br /> Chicken nuggets are deep fried for 3.5 minutes. <br /> Prepared chicken nuggets out of deep fryer(207F) <br /> FA0012180 C00054764 SC544 03/21/2022 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.01/07/2021 Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
