Repair/replace within two weeks. <br /> Observed debris and build-up in the bottom of the open top ice cream reach-in freezer. Clean and sanitize within one week. <br /> Observed build-up on the Big Gulp soda machine nozzles and surrounding area. The drain tray was observed with build-up <br /> and a cigarette. Clean and sanitize daily to prevent contamination of beverages. Correct today. <br /> Observed a spill and food debris in the bottom of the one door Turbo Air reach-in cooler behind the counter.
