All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The facility did not have a sink for warewashing during the inspection as the 2 comp sink was <br />disconnected and the 3 comp sink was partially installed and not operational. Corrected on site, facility will cease usage of <br />soda, coffee, and slushy machines until sink for warewashing is fully operational and supplied. Install 3 comp sink properly <br />within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Per employee the water heater was fixed. Provide hot and cold <br />water with hot water at 100 F minimum at the hand sinks and 120 F minimum at the 3 comp and mop sinks. Corrected on <br />site, no warewashing was being done during the inspection. <br />The restroom hand sink did not have cold water available, the left handle did not dispense water at the sink faucet. Provide <br />hot and cold water within hot water at 100 F minimum. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Lacking soap dispenser at back room hand sink. Provide wall mounted soap dispenser within 2 weeks, <br />use temporary pump style soap until dispenser is installed. <br />The paper towel dispenser at the back room hand sink was empty. Provide paper towels in dispenser today. <br />The restroom hand sink did not have a paper towel dispenser. Provide wall mounted paper towel dispenser within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair.
