PATIENT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH E COLI. ON 02/01/22 PATIENT ATE A BEEF QUESADILLA AND AN <br /> APPLE. ON 02/05/22 SYMPTOMS,ABDOMINAL PAIN AND BLOODY DIARRHEA. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> quesadilla--walk in freezer--0.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> I,Vidal Pedraza and Jeff Carruesco conducted a complaint inspection. <br /> Per area manager and documents at the facility, beef quesadillas are not served at the school. Cheese quesadillas are served <br /> at the school. <br /> Feb 3rd cheese quesadilla were served. Quesadillas are received frozen,they are reheated to 165,they are reheated in its <br /> plastic container.After reheated they are kept in the warmer, current warmer temperature 179 Fahrenheit. They are served <br /> at 155 F. <br /> Prove thermometers are used to check the temperatures after the food is reheated <br /> Quesadillas are not unpacked until the children open them. <br /> On the first of February, the school served tortilla chips and nacho cheese and salsa, shelf-stable, prepackaged. <br /> Lunch is served around 12 pm to 1 pm.The after school program children eat around 2 pm. <br /> No employees reported being ill around a week before and after the date in question. <br /> Employees are trained in food safety.
