Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint investigation: Upon arrival I saw a man sitting on a bench with a beer in his hand and a food container outside of <br /> the EI Paso Market(19092 E Hwy 26. Linden, CA 95236).The mobile food facility(MFF)is parked on the eastern side of the <br /> EI Paso Market. I asked the man where he bought his beer.The man pointed and stated he bought it at the EI Paso Market. <br /> I approached the MFF(Lic: 14060Z2)and spoke to the operator. He stated his name was Victor Manuel Mendoza Garcia. I <br /> discussed the complaint. He said he has a health permit with the EHD and does not sell beer or any beverages, as he is <br /> parked adjacent to the EI Paso Market,which sells beverages. He let me go on board the MFF.
