The max daily <br /> amount listed in CERS is 55 gallons. The business had two 55 gallon drums of waste oil on site that equal 110 <br /> gallons.The business no longer has propane and oxygen.The propane and oxygen can be removed form chemical <br /> inventory.The max daily amount for gasoline needs to increased to 300 gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is incomplete because <br /> the building location has changed. The prior building was removed and a new building was built at the same <br /> address but in a different location.The new location of the building needs to be added to the site map. The old <br /> location of the building needs to be removed from the site map.The required elements that need to be listed on the <br /> new site map are a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shut offs/utilities shut offs(gas, power water), evacuation staging areas, <br /> hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers, spill kit, <br /> and first aid kit). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0024775 PR0543612 SCO01 02/22/2022 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 2 of 3 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
