Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner - Peter Palomino: <br />Notes: <br />A. Site is in the process of clean up, grading and leveling. Work plan dated 12/17/04 calls for <br />buried wastes be consolidated, covered, graded and constructing an engineered cap over the <br />consolidated debris to meet State Minimum Standards of Cover. The property owner is in the <br />process of preparing plan for an appropriate cover over the approximately 2 acres on the northern <br />tip of the property. <br />B. Work plan indicates that appropriate permits shall be obtained prior to any installation of new <br />water supply wells. <br />23701 S.Santa Fe Rd.,Escalon.Owner/Operetor - Bruce Beard: <br />1. Violation T27 CCR 20650 -Grading Of Fill Surfaces -Site lacks proper grading of fill <br />surfaces (Continuation of violation). <br />a. Provide adequate grading to promote lateral run off of precipitation and prevent ponding. <br />2. Violation T 27 CCR 20820 - Drainage/Erosion Control - Exposed solid waste observed on <br />site (Continuation of violation). <br />a. Provide adequate drainage and erosion control to prevent exposure of waste. <br />3. Violation - Notice and Order dated 5/18/04, item # 2 - Submit to this office, for review and approval, <br />a corrective action plan for site remediation. The plan will require approval by the California <br />Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) and the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(RWQCB).
