SAN JDARIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> u i Y <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TRACY ONE STOP AUTO CARE 1 1011 N MACARTHUR DR, TRACY March 03, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> SJO 4432 Failed to pay annual operating fees. <br /> OBSERVATION: Facility failed to pay annual operating fees for the year 2022. <br /> ORDINANCE: Fees shall be paid once a year at the time of submittal of an inventory form. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Fees were paid online during the inspection. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for used antifreeze and used lubricating oils were not <br /> complete. Both were missing amount of days on site. Used lubricating oils were missing pressure and temperature <br /> amounts. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: The inventory was corrected during the inspection.This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map was missing the following elements; <br /> -spill kit locations <br /> -north orientation <br /> -emergency shut off locations <br /> -loading/unloaded area location <br /> -internal roads and storm drains <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 3 violation(s) during the <br /> inspection (2 were corrected on site).
