The 24 hour phone number <br /> for the Primary Contact, David Wassum was wrongly reported as (209)463-3337 vs. 916-240-2757. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calep;a.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> 1. OBSERVATION: About 129 gallons of propane, 972 cubic feet of mapp gas, and greater than 55 gallons of <br /> Weld-On pipe cement (actual volume was not available)were found at the facility that have not been reported to <br /> CERS. This material has been present at this facility since at least 2001. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> .................................................................................................................................... <br /> 2.
