Provide a gap distance of one inch <br /> minimum for the 3-compartment sink waste pipes and the floor sink. Correct within two weeks. <br /> The three compartment sink was observed with a loose faucet. Repair/replace faucet so that it is in good working order <br /> within two weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device,as required <br /> by applicable plumbing codes.
