Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. <br />DIRECTOR <br />Donna Heran. REHS <br />ASSISTANT DIRECTOR <br />Laurie Cotulla, REHS <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Carl Borgman, REHS <br />Mike Huggins, REHS, RDI <br />Margaret Lagorio, REHS <br />Robert McClellon, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Kasey Foley, REHS <br />Notice and Order dated 5/18/04, item #2 — Submit to this office, for review and approval, a corrective action plan for <br />site remediation. The plan will require approval by the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) <br />and the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). This office has not received a corrective action plan. <br />Two violations were given on 09/28/05 and 10/20/06. <br />This is a violation of the following State of California and San Joaquin County (SJC) Codes/Regulations: <br />1. Title 27 California Code of Regulation (CCR), Section 20530 - Site Security. The portions of the fence are open <br />and unsecured. <br />2. Title 27 CCR, Section 20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces. Improper grading of fill surfaces. <br />3. Title 27 CCR, Section 20680(d) — Cover, Section 20810 — Vector Control, and Section 20870 — Hazardous <br />Wastes. This disposal site is a threat to human health and safety and the environment from vectors, chemical and <br />physical hazards from exposed solid/hazardous wastes. <br />Legal action may be necessary at this time. However, to preclude any injustice to you, you are requested to appear to <br />show cause why legal action should not be commenced against you. <br />Failure to respond to this notice will result in further legal action. <br />An Office Hearing has been scheduled at 10:00 am on January 24, 2008, at 600 E.
