We discussed
his initial ideas and various options for progress that were brought up. We also discussed his
experience with current projects in the area. In the end, we decided that the next step should be to
do our own sampling and testing to give us a more precise idea of the scope and size of the
environmental hazard areas and the work necessary to clean these up. We concluded the walk
with John telling us he would research our specific site, give us written recommendations of our
discussed ideas, and give us written costs of his service. His potential service would include
managing the sampling plans to be submitted to the county, and managing future clean-up actions.
As I have not heard back from him yet, I left him a message today, December 5th. When I do
hear back from him, I will let you know of our future plans.
. You will be happy to know that we put a gate at the front entrance of the property. This gate,
along with our fence should keep out any trespassers. I sent a crew to walk the fence to make sure
it is in good repair and that the property is in well kept order.
Let me know if you have any questions or if you need any of my services in respect to your December
inspection.
Thank you and Best Regards
Bruce Beard
Quality Nut Company
12/5/2008
