A copy <br />of the order is hereby transmitted to the discharger; the order is also available at the <br />Central Valley Water Board's Adopted Orders Change of Name and/or Ownership <br />webpage <br />(https://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centraIvaI ley/board_decisions/adopted_orders/name_ow <br />nership/). <br />Wastewater application at the facility is regulated by Waste Discharge Requirements <br />(WDRs) Order R5-2012-0105, which includes a Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) <br />Please review the MRP to ensure your sampling and reporting programs are consistent <br />with the MRP requirements. <br />Document Submittal <br />All monitoring reports and other correspondence should be converted to searchable <br />portable document format (PDF) and submitted electronically.
