Other than the removal of impacted soil during the removal of Site USTs, there has been no active remediation (cleanup) of the petroleum hydrocarbons released from the former UST system. However, the remaining hydrocarbon impact to soil, soil gas, and groundwater does not appear to pose any significant threat to human health or the environment or to commercial use of the Site; therefore, AECOM Technical Services recommends this site for closure under California's Low -Threat Underground Storage Tank Case Closure Policy (LTCP). Once all public comments have been reviewed, the Central Valley Water Board will consider closing the case.
