This requirement must be met <br />until the Amended MRP is rescinded and the WDRs are terminated. Continued failure <br />to comply with this requirement will result in enforcement in the form of civil liability <br />(monetary) penalties. Once the order is rescinded and WDRs terminated, routine <br />groundwater monitoring and sampling shall return to a semi-annual schedule during 1St <br />and 3rd calendar quarters. <br />Based on the above comments, Central Valley Water Board staff request the following: <br />• By 5 February 2020, please submit the following: <br />o Request for Termination <br />■ If you believe that peroxide injection is no longer a viable remedial option <br />at the Site and wish to rescind the WDRs, please provide technical <br />justification and conclusions related to the efficacy of peroxide injection. <br />o Feasibility Study <br />■ If you wish to discontinue peroxide injections, please evaluate at least 3 <br />alternative remedial options, select the most feasible and cost-effective <br />option, and propose a scope of work to implement the selected option. <br />By 30 January 2021, please sample ALL Site wells during 4th quarter 2020 and <br />submit a GMR.
