HAZELTON AVENUE, STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY, LUST CASE #390489 <br />In a 16 July 2020 directive letter, Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(Central Valley Water Board) staff reviewed Condor Earth Technologies' (Condor's) <br />18 May 2020 Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring and Remediation Status Report (1 Q20 <br />Report), submitted on your behalf for the Public Works underground storage tank (UST) <br />petroleum release case at 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue in Stockton (Site). In the 1Q20 <br />Report, Condor requested that Central Valley Water Board staff revise the Monitoring and <br />Reporting Program R5-2015-0012-043 associated with Waste Discharge Requirements <br />Order R5-2015-0012-043. Central Valley Water Board staff reviewed the requested <br />modifications and have prepared the attached Revised Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />R5-2015-0012-043 (Revised MRP). You are required to conduct monitoring and reporting <br />in accordance with the Revised MRP. <br />Central Valley Water Board staff also reviewed the Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring and <br />Remediation Status Report (3Q20 Report) dated 4 November 2020, submitted on your <br />behalf by Condor for the Site. In the 3Q20 Report, Condor presents August 2020 <br />groundwater sampling and 3rd quarter 2020 remedial performance data. Condor also <br />summarized the use of citric acid to remove precipitates clogging Site ozone sparge wells. <br />August 2020 maximum dissolved hydrocarbon concentrations in groundwater are <br />summarized below. <br />KARL E.
