CENTRAL VALLEY REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br />REVISED MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. R5-2015-0012-043 <br />FOR <br />IN-SITU GROUNDWATER REMEDIATION <br />AND DISCHARGE OF TREATED GROUNDWATER TO LAND <br />FOR <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS <br />1810 E. HAZELTON AVENUE, STOCKTON, CA <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />This Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) describes requirements for monitoring a <br />groundwater extraction and or treatment system. This MRP is issued pursuant to Water <br />Code Section 13267 and has been prepared based on Attachment C of General Order <br />R5-2015-0012. <br />No changes to this MRP shall be implemented unless and until a revised MRP is issued <br />by the Executive Officer of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(Central Valley Water Board). As appropriate, Central Valley Water Board staff shall <br />approve specific sample station locations prior to implementation of sampling activities. <br />PROJECT <br />Parties Submitting a Notice of Intent under General Order RS -2015-0012-043: <br />San Joaquin County Public Works (herein referred to as "the Discharger"). <br />Project Location: The Site is located on the south side of E. Hazelton Avenue, <br />between Bieghle Alley to the west and B Street to the east. The property is bounded <br />by Burlington Northern & Santa Fe railroad tracks to the south. This Site is located <br />in a topographically flat area at an elevation of approximately 16-17 feet above mean <br />sea level in south Stockton, California. The Site is within the southwest quarter of <br />Township 1 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. <br />Project Description: The Site property consists of the San Joaquin County Public <br />Works, Community Development, and Environmental Health Department offices <br />buildings, as well as 14 other smaller storage and maintenance buildings. The Site <br />also has an active petroleum fueling facility with one gasoline and one diesel <br />underground storage tanks (USTs) and dispenser island, for fueling of County motor <br />pool vehicles. The remainder of the Site is paved with asphalt, much of which is <br />designated for parking. <br />
