SL0607707301 <br />On 23 April 2021, Arcadis U.S., Inc. (Arcadis) submitted a response letter (Letter) to <br />Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board staff's (Staff) 22 March 2021 case <br />status letter on your behalf. The 22 March 2021 Staff letter requested that Chevron <br />Environmental Management Company (Chevron) submit a proposed time schedule for <br />implementing the 10 May 2013 soil investigation work plan and to submit the final <br />investigation report for the subject (Site). <br />Arcadis issued a letter on 9 April 2021 to the property owner to arrange for a Site visit, <br />and followed up with emails on 12 April 2021 and 21 April 2021. Arcadis has not <br />received a response and will continue to pursue permission to conduct a Site visit and <br />evaluate current Site conditions. <br />Arcadis has proposed the following schedule assuming that Site access is granted by <br />the property owner: <br />• By 2 July 2021, implement the 10 May 2013 soil investigation work plan. <br />• By 3 September 2021, submit a soil investigation report describing the findings <br />and recommendations. <br />Staff concurs with the proposed due dates for the work plan and investigation report <br />listed above. If Arcadis is not able meet the proposed due dates, a letter needs to be <br />submitted proposing a new time schedule for implementing the work plan and <br />submitting the investigation report. <br />KARL E.
