GURM Telephone: (209)466-3401 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00054760 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT WHEN THEY WENT TO GET ICE FROM THE DISPENSER, THE MACHINE BEGAN <br /> DISPENSING ICE AND A BLACK SUBSTANCE THAT APPEARED TO BE MOLD. COMPLAINANT LET AN EMPLOYEE <br /> KNOW AND THEY TOLD HIM TO GET A SODA FROM THE REFRIGERATOR BUT DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO <br /> REMEDY THE MOLDY ICE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Went tot the facility and spoke with the manager. I informed the manager about the complaint being the reason for me being <br /> there.The manager informed me that they clean the nozzles daily.The nozzles are clean now. <br /> Per manager, they found out it was the ice maker on top of the soda dispenser. They called the company and the company <br /> came out and cleaned up the ice machine and they don't have any problems anymore.
