I have reviewed the return to compliance and closed 7 violations. The following violations will remain <br /> open until additional documentation has been received: <br /> #512: Failure to obtain a reassessment of a tank system. Provide the final report once available. <br /> #602: Stored satellite accumulated waster longer than 1 year. How were the ammunition/flares disposed? Send a copy <br /> of the disposal record. <br /> #605: Failed to completely label containers. The following photos I received still had incomplete labels: <br /> -the antifreeze label is missing the generator's information (name and address)and hazardous properties. <br /> -the ammunition and road flares label is missing he words "hazardous waste", physical state, and hazardous properties. <br /> -the floor sweep label is missing hazardous properties <br /> 1 <br />
