For appointments scheduled outside of EHD business hours, an inspector will be available to arrive on site at approximately 8:30 AM (possibly a bit sooner depending on traffic). If you would prefer to have an inspector on site for an earlier start time, it is possible we would be able to accommodate it, but would need to ensure we have an inspector available for that specific day and time. In addition,we would need a written request from the owner confirming they are willing to pay the additional overtime fees for the inspection. Our current regular hourly rate is$168 and includes drive and inspection time. Overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate and typically is billed at a minimum of three hours.
