Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS No Temperature Data Collected COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS Jeff Carruesco and I went to the site.The owner was there.There were 2 trucks parked at the address. One truck was parked on the driveway and the other was parked on street.There was water standing along the street.The water looked clear and it looked as it was from the truck, however,we did not see the water coming out of the truck. I informed the owner that we received a complaint regarding the trucks being parked at home and disposing of grease into the sewer. We discussed the requirements for mobile food facilities to which the owner understands.The owner stated that he parks the truck,with a permit, at the commissary and that the reason he had it at the house was because they did not work during the weekend.Also,they had a problem with plumbing and had someone coming to repair it. Per owner he has the commissary at 2900 E Harding,which is on file with this department. All waste water, solid waste must be discarded at the commissary or approved facility and water must be obtained at a commissary or approved facility. Cleaning of the mobile food facility must be done at a commissary or approved facility. The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
