<br />Comments: 22865 S. Henry Rd., Escalon. Owner/Operator - Mick Evans: Violation
<br />Observed green waste, brush, metals, abandoned autos and other solid waste at time of inspection.
<br />a. Remove solid waste and debris from site for legal disposal.
<br />b. The EHD received the corrective action plan for the site remediation. According to operator the final grade will
<br />be likely in October 2013. Additional investigation should be done prior to developing a cap plan.
<br />c. The EHD will maintain the violation on the inspection report until all site work is finished.

<br />Several concrete piles and other solid waste are still present on the property.
<br />a. Remove solid waste from for legal disposal by the next inspection.
<br />b. During an Administrative Hearing owner agreed to complete the site work in accordance with approved
<br />corrective action plan no later than November 1, 2013.

<br />Observed wood waste, 55 gal drums, 5 gal buckets of waste oil and other solid waste on site at time of
<br />inspection.

<br />Comments: 23021 S Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner — Palomino: Violation
<br />Part of the site was graded without notification of the EHD. Grading permit has expired.
<br />a. Owner should obtain new grading permit before any grading activities.
<br />b. Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities.
<br />c. During an Administrative Hearing owner agreed to complete the site work in accordance with approved
<br />corrective action plan no later than November 1, 2013
