Based on the information provided the EHD finds that the SSS Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for the existing development pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code
Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
2. The Percolation test conducted on November 3, 2021 yields a percolation rate of 62.5 min/inch. At
this rate an 5' soil separation is required between bottom of dispersal field and groundwater (San
Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2). Groundwater is reported at 20-25 feet below surface.
3. The Falling Head Permeability test conducted on November 3, 2021 yields a flow rate of 6.89 gallons
per hour resulting in 5,292 gallons per day for (3) 48 inch diameter seepage pits. Based on this data,
the report concludes a proposal for an addition of three (3) 48" pits to the existing leachfield located
on Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 051-150-27.
4.
