This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, <br /> lantlscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN <br /> CHECK LIST"for tletails). Foundation and soils investigation shall be conducted in conformance with <br /> Chapter t8 of the California Building Code at Sha time of permit application. APPROVED USE:This approval is for a t 2,362 square-foot truck service training facility as shown on <br /> the Sita Plan dated February t8,2022. (Use Type: Etlucational Services-Commercial) <br /> This approval is in atltlition to the truck repair facility permitted by Site Approval Application PA- <br /> Y500266. <br /> c. CAPITAL FACiLiTY FEE:This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee.If the Capital Facility <br /> Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the Issuance of any building permits. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-t 245.2) <br /> d. PARKING:Off-street parking shall be providetl and comply with the following: <br /> (t) A minimum of forty-one(41)parking spaces shall be provided (Development Title 9-1 Ot 5.3[b]) <br /> (2) All parking and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced in asphalt concrete or Portland cement <br /> concrete to provide a durable and dust free surface.
