Notification <br /> If a spill could pose a threat to human health or the environment beyond the facility <br /> boundary, the Plant Manager or his designee will also notify: <br /> California OES State Warning Center (800) 852-7550 <br /> If a spill reaches any watercourse or his designee will notify: <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (916) 464-3291 <br /> USEPA National Response Center (800) 424-8802 <br /> California Dept. of Fish and Game (916) 445-0045 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (209) 468-3420 <br /> The Plant Manager or his designee will be prepared to provide the following <br /> information to the agencies that are contacted : <br /> • Exact facility address and phone number <br /> • Date and time of the release <br /> • Type of material released or spilled <br /> • An estimate of the quantity of material released or spilled <br /> • Exact release location , including affected waterways <br /> • An estimate of the quantity spilled into navigable water <br /> • Source and cause of the release <br /> • A description of the affected medium (air, water or soil) <br /> • Extent of actual and potential water pollution <br /> • Any damages or injuries caused by the spill <br /> • Steps being taken or proposed to contain and clean up the spill <br /> • Steps being taken to minimize impacts <br /> • Whether evacuation is/was necessary <br /> • Names of individuals and organizations who have been contacted <br /> KNIFE RIVER-STOCKTON PLANT <br /> 8 <br />
