7 . 0 Oil Spill Contingency Plan - 40 CFR 112 . 7 ( d ) <br /> The procedures outlined in Appendices: C. INCIDENT REPORT, D. SPILL RESPONSE DUTY <br /> CARD — OIL HANDLING EMPLOYEES, and E. SPILL RESPONSE DUTY CARD — <br /> INCIDENT COMMANDER will be implemented in the event of an oil spill at the KNIFE RIVER <br /> — NORTHERN CALIFORNIA READY MIX DIVISION — STOCKTON PLANT . They are part <br /> of this Spill Plan ; they address KNIFE RIVER CORPORATION'S organizational structure for <br /> spill response, the response steps to be taken in responding to an oil or hazardous substance <br /> release , and spill notification and reporting procedures. <br /> Spill Plan Location [40 CFR 112. 7(e)] <br /> One copy of this SPCC plan is maintained at KNIFE RIVER — NORTHERN CALIFORNIA <br /> READY MIX DIVISION — STOCKTON PLANT along with other environmental documents <br /> such as the hazardous material business plan , training records, and Material Safety Data <br /> Sheets . A second copy of the SPCC plan is maintained by the California Environmental <br /> Manager, KNIFE RIVER CORPORATION office at 655 W Clay Street, Stockton , CA 95206. <br /> 8 . 0 Inspections and Records - 40 CFR 112 . 7 (e) <br /> The site is formally inspected and documented by a company employee at least monthly. <br /> Copies of the monthly inspection reports are found at the back of this SPCCP.
