The maximum daily <br /> amount cannot be less than the largest container. The largest container is reported to be 500 gallons and the <br /> maximum daily amount is reported to be 480 gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete and inaccurate. <br /> -The orientation of the underground storage tanks(UST)is inconsistent with the Environmental Health Department's <br /> (EHD)records. <br /> -The contents of LISTS are inconsistent with the EHD's records. <br /> -The map is missing locations of all emergency equipment(fire extinguishers were observed at the dispenser <br /> island) <br /> -Missing loading areas <br /> -Missing internal roads.
